The main thrust of my presentation will be outlining the essential Ed Tech. ingredients which together can bring about whole school improvement. The exemplar school is Pheasey Park Farm which moved from Requires Improvement ( R.I.) to Good according to their OFSTED inspection.
The journey that the school has made over the past 3 years exemplifies how Ed. Tech. can be used as a catalyst to bring about school improvement.
